I?ve deleted keys, installed and re applied. I have set the mobo to uefi, uefi+legacy, csm enabled and disabled and all the combinations every post I?ve found online tells you to do. After that it is not recognized in the bios as a windows boot drive. It recognizes the drive and goes through the installation. Use disk part to clean and convert to gpt, have tried without converting as well. Boot with a windows 10 bootable install usb. I take out all SATA devices and usb devices. I have plugged another ssd in that has a good windows install and I can get the drive to function, format and transfer data in windows 10. The drive will recognize in the bios but never as a windows bootable device and only as a non uefi drive. What am I doing wrong? My flatmate had no difficulty installing Windows 10 on a M.2 Smasung 960 EVO 1TB, but his motherboard is an R5E Edition 10.I?ve got a mpg X570 gaming edge WiFi, ryzen 3600 6 core 12 thread, 32 gb 3200, evga rtx 2070 super and I can?t get the Corsair mp600 500 gb to become a bootable drive when trying to instal windows. However, after the first restart I either get a black screen, a recovery BSOD. The installation process has no problem copying files, and updating file on the MP510. and started installing WIndows 10 Pro in the M.2. So I booted off the Windows 10 install created with Windows Media Creation Tool on a USB stick. "Force MP510" is selected as the 1st boot option. "Windows UEFI" is selected under the "Secure Boot" menu. selected as instructed in the "Rampage V Extreme M.2 Setup And Windows Installation FAQ" drive, ( BTW video output is redirected from the DisplayPort to the HDMI port when I do this. I've enabled CSM in CMOS setup to see the M.2.
